Bought at home depot for everything is in perfect working condition, always stored inside, has laser, blade light, all the bell and whistles u can think of on a tile saw it has. Make minimum to no mess on floor. This saw is in good shape just like u see in pics it was used for one tile job no more use for it now that job is complete.
