Details:

The saw has been sitting in my storage unit for over a year now. The power cord needs to be replaced because it's missing the ground. It needs a new blade and a water pump.

The tray needs to be cleaned and oiled cause pushing it towards the blade it feels like it drags. This saw is being sold as is condition and does have the plastic tray that goes under the saw.
