Comes with original box, user manual, extra new blade, installation spacers and flooring tools pictured. Asking saw has some pitting on the slide rail but is only cosmetic, does not affect use. The saw cuts solid, engineered and laminate flooring.

I used it to put approximately 800 sq ft of laminate flooring in my house, it worked very well. 0 flooring saw.
