Careful, it's heavy as it comes of the rail. There is normal cosmetic wear and tear on the case and front plate and a little residual saw dust in the nook and crannies. They will even send you a box with FedEx return postage prepaid. Sears Craftsman 10 radial arm saw motor and carriage includes blade arbor washers 2 and left hand nut coiled pigtail connected to motor in rip and out rip travel indicators removed from model cut the electric cord pig tail leaving enough cord to strip and re connect the replacement motor, then slide the motor and carriage all the way forward until it disengages from the upper arm rail.

Then, remove the Allen head screw from the very front of the arm. I own 4 different model's of Craftsman Ra's with similar carriages and mine all measure the same. This model is a breeze to install.

The dimensions between the arrows is see the last photo showing the underside of the arm many Craftsman saws with different model numbers used the same carriage and rail system. You can research your serial number at dot, but will fit many similar model's of 10 Craftsman specific radial arm saws. Used but in excellent working condition shipping is actual postage based on location no profit padding for shipping.

The saw motor was removed because I converted the radial arm frame into an overhead carriage pin router machine, 196380, 196421,and all measure reconnect the electric cord appropriately. The saw motor is in excellent condition for it's age starts and runs strong and smoothly. I own the following all lever locks, position pins, and bearings work great. First unplug your saw.

No damage to either arbor threads. Clean off the rails with a rag and simply slide the replacement back on the rails.
