I've never used it, but it seems to be in great condition. The information on the nameplate is model MB rel, no.

All the parts and documents shown in the photos are included. Everything you see is sold as is.

There are also plans for building a workbench etc. I did some quick research and it looks like the saw is from, but I couldn't tell you for sure.

The easy ways to expert wood working book has lots of instructions for using this specific model of saw. This Dewalt radial arm saw was left behind built into the workbench by the previous owner of my house, who said it had been one of her late father's cherished possessions. Fun reading.
